Have any of you heard about where you can get free diet help?

I wanted to tell you the very same thing that Lily did. Sparkpeople will tell you right after you join that they do not have ANY Diabetic Friendly Plans, so for the Diabetic it is a waste of time.

The following link is NOT a site like Sparkpeople BUT they do have some excellent information on following a Diabetic Diet. I go there to get diet tips when I need them.

Also, of course, they are not free, BUT all the diet plans that you see advertised on TV like "Jenny Craig" have diet plans for Diabetics.

When you join Spark people and you tell it you are Diabetic it is going to tell you that it doesn't have any diabetic friendly meal plans.
- So as a diabetic looking for a set meal plan that site is not helpful.
- However you can put in your own plan and then track it there. You also can track your water intake and exercise minutes.
- I really enjoy Spark People and there is at least one diabetic "community" that you can join up with.
