HEY GUYS HUBBY WENT TO DIABETIC EDUCATOR YESTERDAY SHE PUT HIM ON ANOTHER METFORMIN NOW HE ON 2000 A DAY SO WITH US WALKING HOPEFULLY HE WILL GET BETTER CONTROL A1C DOWN TO 8.1 BUT HE IS WALKING 3 TIMES A WEEK THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT!!!

Your hubby may find that Metformin decreases his appetite somewhat-it did for me. Good job with the walking! I walk every day and am convinced that plays a big part in keeping my nummbers down!

Oh wow that's great. 3 months ago my A1c aS 7.0. Last week it was 8.1. I am doing Zumba twice a week. I had started at the gym a few months ago and pulled a muscle. Ugh! Need to just start walking for sure.

I didn't know educators could increase medication doses? Glad he is doing better, I know you guys have been working hard together to do things. That's the best way.

yes that what she is for to help control your meds and your diet we she here every three to four months she has brought us a long ways!!!
