I know my last article I posted about artificial sweeteners really stirred up some controversy. But I still have yet to change my mind and still really care about everyone's health! I love love love this article and I really would love to share it with you guys!
I really hate artificial sweeteners in general. In my experience with living with Diabetes for the last three years I have discovered that they've done nothing but kill my hopes of being in control. Ever since I've stopped using them, I've had less headaches, sugar cravings, and my blood sugars balanced out dramatically (a1c went from 8.5 to 5.5 since). I even feel happier and way more active since quitting all of them! I'm now the crazy woman you see checking every food label in the store to make sure I've cut it all out. It's hiding in almost everything, even things that are not diet.
