I had the problem before I got my blood sugar under control. Once my blood glucose got to 90-120 on a regular basis, the foot pain stopped. I lose weight because I use portion control and exercise. I no longer have problems with neuropathy unless I stand or walk for very long periods or if my blood sugar goes above 180 which it never does.

You really should talk to your doctor who can properly access the problem and work from there.

I use to have the pain problem a lot but I started taking liquid B-12 5000mcg and Acetyl L-Carnitine HCI 400 mg and it seems to have helped a lot too

Finding what works for us is the key to managing diabetes. I am allergic to a lot of things so I don't try anything I am not sure of.
