No. however, generally speaking products like this make claims that really they cannot back up with official studies. All the ingredients have been said to help diabetes, some I've tried individually, some I haven't. None of the ones I tried made any difference when I was taking it or when I stopped taking it. If you want to try the individual ingredients, i would do that first. That way you can see what individual things work for you, if any, and then you can just buy them rather than a pill that includes a bunch of stuff you don't need.

It's always worth checking with a doctor about the ingredients because they are not regulated by the FDA and they can cause you problems. I saw on "sugar control" pill that contained galega officinalis (french lilac). That is how metformin came about and definitely can help diabetes. The reason it's not used and metformin is is because there is a vastly increased chance of lactic acidosis with the lilac. The first drug based on it (phenformin) was withdrawn because of this since lactic acidosis is 50% fatal.
