When not caregiving/fathering/grandfathering etc. I write to unwind, and to satisfy another of my passions that is a still work in progress. Please feel free to peek at sneak passages of my Book "What's in the Box Grandpa?":

I share stories both public/personal, of my journey throught life as a Technologist, interwoven with basic life.

And of course, critics are welcomed, especially from this family!!

It's great seeing that you have a great way to relax and let it all go. Great work! Sheila

It's great that you have an outlet that helps you unwind. this is so important, pluse it takes time for you. Journaliing as long as your using your hand and pen connects you to your spirit. Excellent

As I travel this road as a 'caregiver', I must add to the metaphor of pen to hand. I find myself ever so aware of how I am fortunate in so many way's, but one I hold dearly daily, is that I am able to use my body in ways those afflicted cannot, Until I cannot use every aspect of my being, body and soul, I thank my higher power that I am able to.

I'm glad to hear you have a way to unwind and relax. Sometimes it's hard to relax and unwind when everything seems to get so stressed and wound up. Good luck on your writing.
