It's great seeing that you have a great way to relax and let it all go. Great work! Sheila

It's great that you have an outlet that helps you unwind. this is so important, pluse it takes time for you. Journaliing as long as your using your hand and pen connects you to your spirit. Excellent

As I travel this road as a 'caregiver', I must add to the metaphor of pen to hand. I find myself ever so aware of how I am fortunate in so many way's, but one I hold dearly daily, is that I am able to use my body in ways those afflicted cannot, Until I cannot use every aspect of my being, body and soul, I thank my higher power that I am able to.

I'm glad to hear you have a way to unwind and relax. Sometimes it's hard to relax and unwind when everything seems to get so stressed and wound up. Good luck on your writing.

Thank you Mary, and how true. I should add that my spare ime is usually only after the 24th hour in the day!
