Just to wish each and everyone a Happy St. Patrick's Day, and remember if you do decide to drink the green beer, check your blood sugar and give insulin accordingly…Have a safe one!!!

Yes, Happy St. Paddy's! I did a post today about alcohol and diabetes that you might find interesting:

Thank you for that information…We had a little insident New Years Eve with Alcohol. We decided drinking was not a good thing for diabetics. Hopefully it scared him enough not to try it again…

May your day be touched
by a bit of Irish luck,
brightened by a song in your heart,
and warmed by the smiles
of the people you love.

Looky Raff wore his green today.

Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone…I made sure the kids were wearing green today, however I forgot about doing it myself, needless to say my husband took the opportunity to give me my pinch lol
I heard on the radio today that the little leprechaun that you meet at the end of the rainbow..(like any of us ever really will lol) …anyway, he holds a gold coin in each hand. One coin is the magic coin and if you pick it, once you spend it, it automatically comes back to you and you can spend it over and over again for all eternity. The gold coin in the other hand is the fake one and once he gives it to you and you spend it, it turns to ash and blows away never to return again, so if you happen to find the end of the rainbow and the leprechaun, choose wisely, although I think he already knows which one he'll give you regardless which hand you pick lol

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you, too. May the luck of the Irish always be with you, and if you find the Blarney stone, give it a kiss for me too. I could use some good luck!!! Or, maybe even a pot of gold. But I could never find the end of the rainbow!!! LOL
