Well I found what I was looking for:
1/2-1 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1(1 lb.)box powdered 10x sugar
4 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar

here's how I would do it:
for the 10x sugar:
2 cups non-fat dry milk powder
2 cups cornstarch
1 cup sugar substitute

combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until well-blended and powdered. Yields 4 cups or the equivalent of 1 pound of powdered sugar.

for the 1/3 cup of sugar you can use 2 tablespoons of sugar substitute

cream the butter and cream cheese
add the vanilla
add the powderedsugar a little at a time
knead by hand refrigerate
form into small balls and roll into cinnamon, sugar
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I myself don't know but I sure would like to know. I am a potatoe freak. Though I don't know how healthy they would be? This is one of my downfalls, potatoes! I could eat them morning, noon and night! Good luck figuring it out though. Sheila

I am also addicted to potatos and pasta and bread(me= CARB ADDICT). But I have discovered sweet potatoe french fries that you bake in the oven instead of frying can be very satisfying.
