I am so lost with carbs but happy to see cottage cheese on here! I have cottage cheese about 3 times a day! Before diabetes, I absolutely hated it, now I can't get enough of it. (My hair is really shinny too!) LOL, Thanks so much for this. I'm looking for help with carb counting. Angie

Angie, do you have a copy of the "Calorie King" book? I keep one at home and another in my car. You can order them from amazon.com.

I just ordered it Richard! (And cheap too!) I just can't grasp the carb counting part so I've just been eating and hoping for the best. I love Amazon, can't wait to get it! Thanks again! Angie

Oh boy I can eat all the cheese up for everyone on the site. lol And I love me some salad, tho I no longer have teeth and I am not on a friendship basis with my dentures so even though love uncooked vegies can't do them. :( Thanks for the list.

I love to snack on walnuts and another favorite is wrapping a slice of deli meat around a baby dill pickle. Those can get me thru cravings for other not so great things.

I do have to ask what is "Radishes with tzatziki"?
