Please list which browser you are using and whether or not you have java and javascript enabled. (You can check java and javascript in your browser preferences/settings.)

I have the same issues. I use firefox but I rarely have the window maximized and since the control doesn't scroll and the message box is a fixed size I have to resize my window so the "add your reply" and "cancel" options display. There is no problem starting a discussion because the message box is a different shape and not as long. I can see if the users screen is too small or screen resolution is too big it may be impossible to actually post a reply.

Did you figure out how to reply to various discussions? When you click the "add reply" the screen should go kinda gray and a white box pops up, which is where I am typing now) for you to type your reply then at the bottom of the white box there is a greenish colored button that says "add your reply", click it and your reply will post at the bottom of the page of the topic you chose to reply to.
I use firefox, this is what it looks like for me as i described above, I don't know if it is the same with using internet explorer as your browser.

Click on the reply button, type your reply, and then click on the add your reply button. This will add your reply to any post. You can then scroll up and down the site to see replies. Any discussion you are tracking, you will be notified, and the new replies will be highlighted.
