My a1c and exercise program

I had this illness since 1995. now i walk everywhere. went from 230lbs. to 208lbs. my a1c was 9.1 now it is 6.1. my diabetic nurse said i did
not have to see her every month now. but i told her please let me continue to attend the workshop. keep walking.

Congratulations on the great progress you've made! I've gone from 215 lbs down to 128. Unfortunately my A1c hasn't progressed quite as well. My last one was 7.1 but the one in January was 6.6. Not sure why it went back up, perhaps stress. My goal is to get it below 6.

You've made great progress, just keep up the great work. You'll get there! I know I will too.

Congratulations on the weight loss!! Before being diagnosed, I yoyoed several times, hitting a high of 240 at one time, hitting a low of 172 at another. This cycle was stopped about nine years ago.

I've been with people who circle around a parking lot over and over looking for a "good" parking spot. Walking is NOT harmful to one's health. :)
