You Tube has tons of them. If you have access to Public Television. There is a woman who does them most mornings around 6. Check listing in your area.

The body by Banks DVD's that we offered here are seated and cardio. It's a mix and they are good. I don't know if they are still available, but you might want to ask John and see. I have been using them and I like them

I had to do the seated exercises years ago when I was pregnant. Then again when I broke my ankle and had to have a steel pin in it and the leg was also shattered and I had to have a steel plate in it too. Seated exercises aren't as good as regular exercises or swimming but they are better than nothing. They did help, just not as much. I gained 35 lbs.

Thanks for sharing this resource. I know what you mean about enjoying pool exercise, especially since you live where it's so hot! ~Lynn @Glucerna

There was a local channel here that use to do a 30 minute exercise program for those that needed modified exercises. Most were seated. It is not readily shown any longer. :( I did see a class at the rec center, as I was leaving, that had chairs in it. Might check it out.

what I really miss is being able to work out in a pool. last summer we lived in a complex that had the perfect work out pool.
we moved in with my son and his family this past fall … no pool.
And temps are regularly in the 100's.
