Hello everyone.

I'm at a low point at the moment and I know I need to lose weight. Can anyone share any advice on getting started. I do have kidney problems and my energy level are low. It's hard for family to understand and I feel alone.

Hi Nicky, I too am trying to loose weight & I started taking RASBERRY KETONES with green coffee bean extract & I am happy to say I have 24lbs in 2months. I take many kedications & this product is 100% safe because it is all natural. Good luck & I hope you can try this.

So, sib, taking extract of nightshade plant would be 100% safe since it is all natural?

I still prefer to do it "old school" and lower one's weight by a low carb high protein meal plan, on which I lost 65 lbs in 6 mo.

The neat thing was I didn't have to shell out all that money for weight loss products, which may or may not be effective. The high protein low carb meal plan works every time as others have noted.

Howdy Nicky

I also have kidney problems for which I need dialysis 3 x/wk for 4 hrs a session. I really don't have a solution for you but want to encourage you to watch your kidney numbers and try to keep those numbers in a good range. If you feel the need for meal planning for diabetes and Kidney disease, please let me know and I can make some suggestions.

I empathize with you. I am in the same boat at the moment. I'm hoping to get back on track soon. My husband is a nay sayer. When I say I'm going to "try" to start eating better or exercise. He just says. "that's what you always say" I try to tell him it's progress not perfection. But he is so black and white about everything. It's frustrating

Best advice I can give is make that first small step, and even if it’s just a walk down the block and back, and commit to doing it daily. Your energy level will increase and in a while you’ll probably experience sort of a “high” that will make you want to keep it up and increase the length and duration. It’s that tough first step though that has to be overcome.
