I have found that bouncing my legs on the floor eliminates pain.Keeping the toes on the floor and moving the heels up and down. Minimum time about 10 minutes daily. max time all day. It takes about 4 days to be effective when starting.Good luck and let me know Bob

i'm thinking i'll get one of those bikes, i can't stand to go outside anymore! do you enjoy it? does it really help that much?

Yes it does. It is comfortable on my back(I have back issues) You sit in a comfortable position and pedal away. Got mine at Wal Mart for 115 dollars.

I have found that riding my recumbent bike helps me. I do 1 mile in the morning and 1 mile at night. Helps you loose weight too. LOL
