I have found that bouncing my legs on the floor eliminates pain.Keeping the toes on the floor and moving the heels up and down. Minimum time about 10 minutes daily. max time all day. It takes about 4 days to be effective when starting.Good luck and let me know Bob

Glad this works for you. I have some foot pain along the side of my foot near my big toe some days, off and on and it doesn't get too bad. I need to ask my doctor about it next time and get them to run that test and see to what extent is there possible nerve damage. I exercise a lot and it doesn't seem to make it worse or anything. I don't like how I sometimes have tingling in a foot right after exercise.

I always read any suggestion for foot pain relief. I am a firm believer that what works for some, does not work for others. That is why I am surely willing to try something that is NOT a medication and so easy to do. I'll let you know if it helps. Thanks for the suggestion.
