Diabetic Connect Blood Sugar Log: Great Excel Document, have a couple of questions though

Hi. I just stared using the document. So far pretty good. Their is a lot of info given with just a little input! Just what my doctor wants to see, for REAL! I have the meters and one of them is issued by the VA. The Va PCP, like to download the info on to their network. However; their is a problem, the test strips they give are by far not enough. So anyway, with the excel workbook open, I have inputed some readings. How in the heck do you print it? I have 8.5 x 11 in paper, landscape, and it wants to split everything up. How can I present this to my doctor on paper. They will not allow him to receive it through email. It's the VA hehehehe.. Anyway, I also noticed if you copy to another tab to make multiple months, some of the 31 day months only appear as 30 days. Man, any help would greatly be appreciated. i am using Office 2011 Prof for Mac. Thank you…Michael

Ty Jeanette for that helpful suggestion. I have added 3 columns to the BC excel document. BP=blood pressure, Units=amount of insulin, Weight, I am trying to chart these 3 in one chart but having major difficulty. Trying to get the three columns to go from top to bottom in consecutive date driven order is difficult for me. If anyone would like to help me work on it, I would be very happy to send them my excel doc. However, it is office professional 2011 for mac. Not that much different, will still work fine ty…Michael

Hi Michael, I am not exactly sure what the printing issue is for you. But when I print the log sheet I have to resize it to fit the page in the print settings, otherwise it does split some of the stuff up. I would try reducing the size then checking in preview before printing to see if it all shows up the way it should.

As far as the tabs go, I haven't tried adding more tabs. I just make a new document for each month then save them all in the same folder. I haven't had any issues with the dates that way.
