I gave it a shot and guess the results are amazing !! My blood sugar was in the range when i checked (which generally isint) So yeah, u also give it a try folk..take care :)

sounds like something I would like to do myself, but in this place in downtown Las Vegas it would not be feasable for me at this time .

1/2 cup of grapefruit juice would work as well … as long as it doesn't interact with your medications

my next trip to the Asian market I am going to get some fermented veggies … something that we commonly ate in Hawaii but i haven't had in 20 years.
Kimchi (Korean fermented cabbage) is apart of my diet already and i think
i need to get some tsukemono and umeboshi

I will give it a try. Is there any difference between fresh squeezed limes and lime juice?

Probably only in the juice they probably add sugar I just read an article on food labeling and it says if label says juice probably little juice and lots of sugar besides fresh squeeze right off the tree it's the best my wife planted a bunch of fruit trees last year or so and I can't believe the difference in taste over store bought fruit

actually the lime juice in my cupboard has only lime juice and water in it (according to the label) you are fortunate to have your own trees.
