What this has to do with diabetes? A lot. A positive mental outlook helps with any condition…

I've got inspired by the article whose link is below and I wrote this list today:

I am grateful for my parents who gave me my life.
I am grateful for loving husband Mike, the love of my life.
I am grateful for our five children and four grandchildren.
I am grateful for my successful and lucky life and all my jobs (don't get me wrong, had bad times too).
I am grateful for LDN that saved my life.
I am grateful for Cecilia Vohl who wrote about LDN.
I am grateful for Yahoo groups and internet because I could learn about LDN.
I am grateful for paying attention and being persistent in my search for wellness.
I am grateful for my ability to cope.
I am grateful for my passions and wanting to help others.

What are you grateful for?

This is what we do after lunch:

My husband and I have hiked in nearby forest for years. This year I see more dandelions than ever before and I have decided to do something about it.

Every time we go, I bring a plastic shopping bag, a kitchen knife and pick dandelions that are trying to take over the forest. As I spend some time with each plant, my husband gets far away and I have to jog to keep up with him. It's a vigorous exercise. Not bad for being in my 60s…

You can even EAT dandelions as long as you pick them from a place where the yard is not sprayed with weedkiller,

My mom seemed to enjoy them, but i just could not wrap my mind around "eating weeds" when I was a boy.

When Dad brought home wild native edibles I was usually the only one who would try them. I don't believe he ever convinced me to try cattails though (plant ones not the ones attatched to felines - not that I've tried them either ;-D ).

My son, when he was 18, grew dandelions by side of the house and ate them.
He was reading Dr. Mercola at that time. Later he got married to a grain worshiper and is lost to a good diet… Can't fight it! The whole grains cannot be defeated!

The dandelion's green have antidepressant properties and I pick them from our unsprayed yard and sneak some leaves into salads and soups. They are a litte bitter.

No burger, fries, and a shake??? hahaha!
Yummy! Congratulation…

We had bone soup with garlic and kale with cheese and avocado, no grains. I do not have a photo…

Did you convert this plate?
Can I copy it and use it?

howdy steve
I've been having problems with those links with each of them in this post they come up and then change to ""FILE UNAVAILABLE Sorry, there's a problem with this file. Please reload.

If this keeps happening, you can report the error." i keep reloading but seconds later it does it again.
I don't know to whom to report this so I am reporting it to you.

No commercial.
I love this one too.
You know I am on a mission against grains and this will work for me! I can forgive it the more than 100% content…

Do you know how to find copy of the myplate.gov?
