I had to create a new account for my DC App to work. Is there a way to merge my two accounts together?

I've been sending them emails for awhile now… This new acct still doesn't work on my phone, I need to cancel this new acct… Really no point of having 2 accts… Thanks James!

usually they have gotten back to me when I used the feedback link within 48 hrs. I usually don't bother to send messages repeatedly unless it is beyond that 48 hr mark.

You will not get a response for phone app problems but if you find a way to get one please let everyone know as there are quite a few of us here with phone app issues maybe we should start a petition to have the phone app version of DC available again

I really have no idea Gennie, but if it can be done ask in the feedback link towards the bottom ot this page. Tell them what you'd like to happen and see if it might be doable.
