I really like David Ludwig's approach to changing our eating habits to promote overall health and weight. He makes a balanced, sensible argument for eating fewer refined food products and more whole foods. Thanks for posting this. ~Lynn @Glucerna

Insightful and "food for thought". Thanks for posting it! I find corroboration in it for my low-carb approach to managing my diabetes which has enabled me to maintain my weight around 120 pounds and my A1c below 7.
