I'll bring a huge salad…
cabbage. purple cabbage, cauliflower,
chopped purple onion, tomato chunks,
fat free sharp shredded cheese,
egg whites chunks, and a mass variety of
Delish fat free dressings, grilled chicken
Also, being alcohol possibly has calories
and etc… let's avoid it in this party plez
my fantastic friends :)???

As we all know along with med.s (depending on the type and seriousness
of the diabetes), great nutrition is vital..

Let's have fun… we lots more party stuff guys???

Grrrr I only wish we have smilies and etc in our comment section and starting a discussion, o yea that would be cool :

You use: 1 C. Mayo of your choice, a 16 oz. carton of sour cream of your choice, a can of waterchestnuts drained and chopped, a 10 oz.package of frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry, and one package of dried vegetable soup mix such as Knoor.
Mix it all up and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour. I do have to warn you though. This dip is rather habit forming. Once I make it, it always disappears pretty quick at my house.
You can use fat free, low fat or the full fat ingredients too. It is delicious any way you make it.

Can I bring the bouillabaisse I made last night…it's yummy with tomato broth, shrimp, fish, clams, fresh parsley, garlic, onion?…didn't put in any green peppers because my husband hates them. We can be diabetic and still eat well and party hearty!

Or use these foods to possibly cure or close diabetes, we don't have to accept it just learn and get rid of it. Get more active, eat better, take prescribed med.s and upgrade anicentorial recipes/.. :) possibly??
Always know ur numbers and improve on them slowly and be proud of ur success and learn from ur errors and laugh at ur fumbles during your take charge of ur diabetes journey ;)… We r all in this together.. and it can be frustrating at times..
