As I am getting my first breast cancer screening at age 49 years young. I was
diagnosed with close to 300 in cholesterol and my low cholesterol number was too high. I weigh 240
at 5f 5i … Turkey burgers for me
hummmm. I even eat pizza and
I get acid reflux disease now. Grrrr.
again… possibly high cholesterol
and high blood pressure can boost
the risk of d2 to get worse again
possibly…
I also got a breast cancer screening
it kinda hurt, but the upside I will
save my life?? I just wish it wouldn't
pinch so tightly… Ouch ouch…,
Plez pray my results r negative???
I don't want to die… if rx isn't enough.
Patrick Swazy died from a type of
cancer. I personally believe it was his
smoking he did, he seemed to be a chain smoker.

Ask your doctor for a referral to a registered dietitian who can teach how to lower your cholesterol and eat the healthiest diet possible for your situation. There are several strategies you can use, and an RD can help you figure out how to fit them into your life. ~Lynn @Glucerna

I know this is a difficult time for you. Channel your fear about being a health risk into making gradual changes that improve your health, OK? ~Lynn @Glucerna

I know it's scary to get these diagnoses, but the good news is that there is a lot you can do to improve your health. Take it one step at a time, and you'll make it. ~Lynn @Glucerna

Swayze died from pancreatic cancer and reportedly smoked right up to the end.
High cholesterol and diabetes can be deadly (betting you have hypertension as well) … I know from another post you are trying to eat more fiber… a good idea but can be a tough balancing act. I recently got my cholesterol numbers into the "excellent" range according to my doc and I attribute a lot of that to high fiber diet and having lost 1/2 my body weight.
You really need to work closely with your doctor to get your cholesterol down and your weight to a safe range. it is tough, but the alternative is no picnic.
Praying your results are favorable

Have you tried spaghetti squash? Bake it in the oven and the flesh comes out in little strings like spaghetti. I think it tastes good!

It is a substitute one can make without breaking the carb bank.
