Snacks/Meals
I'm trying to find some low-carb but really, really filling snacks and meals. I'm trying to stop snacking so I want to eat filling foods, but when I do snack I don't want to have a lot of carbs. So what are some of your favorites?

Try getting the kashias snacks with the chia seeds in them. Chia seeds help you feel satisfied longer.
I snack on fresh fruits and vegetables
I love Chabani Greek yogart and for some breakfasts I melt a handful of frozen fruit in the microwave add a handful or two of cereal and cover with yogart- for my bedtime snack I have 1/2 cup yogart with a handful of mixed nuts-love it! I guess you could cut up vegies and mix with yogart bur this s my suggestion to you for snacks.
I'm partial to raw veggies and nuts myself. Mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, baby carrots, cucumber, peanuts, walnuts, and pecans. I usually buy nuts unshelled so that they last longer :-)
low fat cheese, various nuts, some of the Fiber One snacks but not just any of them, fruit but pair it with a protein such as natural peanut butter or cheese, boiled egg is good, there are so many things! I love the "Kind" bars, they really are good for you and don't have a lot of the junk in them that many of the so called other healthy bars do. Just a bit of dark chocolate, around 70% caco I think is the healthiest but not too much, some almond butter on something you like, I like a small cup of almond milk with something sometimes too. Silk is the brand I buy and I can get away with the sweetened almond milk, it is still really low carb for one serving and I like the taste. there are some good healthy cereals out there too that I eat.
