How is the 45-Day Fitness Challenge going for you?

Here we are in our first week of the 45-Day Fitness Challenge. Hopefully, those of you who are participating are getting your feet under you and starting to feel the changes.

Let's use this discussion as a place to provide support and encouragement to each other. And as a place to discuss things like:

• How are you adapting to the eating plan?
• Were you able to find what you needed at the grocery store?
• How are you dealing with cravings or the desire to cheat?
• What are you thinking of the DVD workouts?
• How have you adjusted your schedule to make time for workouts?

Also, we've set the times for our follow up conference calls where you will be able to ask Michael directly for advice and help with your healthy changes. Look for an email today with the dates, times, and call-in numbers.

Additionally, Michael will be checking in here on this discussion from time to time to answer questions and provide encouragement.

Ok, I have been doing the dual muscle workout and that cardio is hard. But I like that work out, I start out doing the dual carido, but end up doing the blast cardio near the end. But I am doing it and that is the exciting part.

So do I just work it up to doing the 3x on each of those before I go into the resistance or target training? I am doing the 2x on the body blast and the 1x on the dual...not tried the 3x yet. But I am getting more comfortable with the workouts.

I am able to get through the body blast x2 now with no major issues. I am excited about that. Still having issues with the recipes though...I hope that gets worked out. But I am excited.

I'll be honest, John. I didn't see anything describing what this plan was about. I haven't even followed the discussions in a long time because the site is confusing now. I don't see how you can track anything anymore and it's frustrating… I did see the videos but they just seemed to be of people who were happy with the program. I don't like to invest in something I know nothing about. Maybe I'm alone in my feelings about this, if so I apologize.

Wow...I feel alone here. Where is everyone?

I am excited. I got my DVD's yesterday and I did the first 15min workout this morning after I walked the dogs. I like these, they are not so fast I cannot keep up and I actually was able to do everything. Not real pretty, but I could do it. That is the exciting part. I plan to repeat it again tonight after dinner and maybe do the 2x one. That is when my exercise does the most for me.

So are we supposed to work through the first DVD then move the the second? I watched the 1x of the double muscle one. Here is what I am wondering. Do we do the 1x of the body blast and double muscle, then move on to the 2x of each? What kind of schedule is recommended?

I really like how Michael is right there, in my face, fighting for me and encouraging me.

I have not been able to shop for it yet, but have been doing some of the workouts from the chair like the skype video you shared. It really does work some amazing parts of my body, just from a chair.

I was wondering if you could put out a menu plan without the pictures in it so I can print it. Having it on my fridge in the kitchen is what I would like to do. I don't have any "smart" devises that allow me to take it with me.

Also, the two "grocery" lists are just the same two recipes for smoothies...I don't see a grocery list in there? My PDF has a lot of black space, but it's only two pages and one is just the header and black, the other is just two I missing something?

I just realized that I didn't fully understand what you were saying. The first page of the shopping list should have the whole list on it. And being a PDF, it should display the same on every kind of computer. So I take it you don't see a list on page one of the shopping list.

I will also check to make sure we didn't accidentally send the wrong week 2 grocery list. Thanks for pointing that out.

I'll see if we can get a simpler format for you.

Thank you. I don't see any shopping lists for weeks one or two. I just see recipes and the picture of Michael and the black design under that. That is page one of both PDFs, Then the page 2 is two recipes only....I thought there might be more than two pages.
