Here we are in our first week of the 45-Day Fitness Challenge. Hopefully, those of you who are participating are getting your feet under you and starting to feel the changes.
Let's use this discussion as a place to provide support and encouragement to each other. And as a place to discuss things like:
• How are you adapting to the eating plan?
• Were you able to find what you needed at the grocery store?
• How are you dealing with cravings or the desire to cheat?
• What are you thinking of the DVD workouts?
• How have you adjusted your schedule to make time for workouts?
