Time to admit that I have taken the worst hiatus from taking care of myself. Since August 2013, I have gained 15+ pounds and exercise was at a minimum. Not a proud moment here and now. The love of my life recently bought of us both Fitbits so that we can work together and challenge each other. I didn't even know what a Fitbit was. It tracks my BGs and A1C, not to mention it tracks everything else in my day.Now, I am eating well so that I can track calories (I love numbers). I am back to aerobics twice a day because I love to see the meter climb. Earning badges is fun too! I knew what to do without a techie device, but somehow I feel renewed and I am going with that. Anyone else using Fitbit? Have an awesome and healthy day!!
