ok the app for dc on iphone is not letting me log in says authentication servier not available have sent three emails no answer has anyone had this problem or knows how to fix it as i have another surgery in 5 weeks and would like to this time be able to keep in touch with eveyone here

Diabeticdummy, I have a Samsung Galaxy 2 (I really need to upgrade). I downloaded their app for droid. Had the same problem as you. I uninstalled, reinstalled, contacted tech support and it would not work. I could respond if I responded to a reply through email but it would not let me post. I took it off my phone. It won't work on my tablet at all.

not supporting apps when 80% of population use them that dumb but oh well i only get to a computer so often lots of work this time of year on the farm spring is here and after rough winter fields are a mess

I hear ya about the fields man. Makes for a rough year when it's this wet.

Try the app again in a day or so, I have been using it for about a week now with no glitches on my iphone. The problem with mobile apps is that there are a lot of different ways that service providers can provide data to your device. Sometimes things go wonky… Just like the weather this year. Usually your service providers techs should have this tracked down in a matter of a couple days or less. I find powering off the iphone when app "weirdness" happens helps sometimes too. I've had everything from music to angry birds crash one minute, and work perfectly fine after power cycling. Now that… Is dumb. I've never turned my car off and back on again to give it a tune up :-)

In defense of DC, I can understand why they wouldn't support apps (even if not supporting them doesn't make sense). With all the different things that can go wrong and all the different devices there are, it would be a huge cost of resources. This is a great community, and we all pay good money for the drugs and equipment that we need, I wouldn't want to lose DC and it's members and information to membership fees.

Long story short, weather is lousy, power off and on, wait a couple days, iPhones are as dumb as turning your car off and on to tune it up, and support costs lots of money :-).

I don't use a smartphone to access the internet so I have no practical knowledge of how those work. Thanks for sharing what you experience with those phones.

James my smartphone was smarter than me. I use the internet on my phone when I am sitting in a meeting and have to confirm something. It has come in handy many times. The apps for DC simply do not work on all phones.

It seems I remember reading a while ago that DC stopped supporting apps.

If you are on a computer now go to the "Feedback" link in the dark band below, and ask them there about your problem.

I have been having the same problem and same results. I had to create a second profile with my other email address. ImOnGuard and Im0nGuard are the two profiles. I can't seem to get my profile started in the computer to work on my iPhone, and vice versa
