I'm trying to figure this one out, and hoping someone here has an idea.

My morning sugar was 13.3 mmol, I corrected with 2 units of humalog and took my lantus as usual. 2 hrs later, my sugar is still 13.2 mmol. The only thing I have had is my coffee, and a small amount of flavored water (about a mouthful). Both of these contained sucralise. Could this account for the lack of change in my blood sugar?

Ok, so I'm thinking that the sucralose has less to do with this than schedule. I think my evening correction "regimen" should be carried over to first thing in the morning when I take my shot of lantus again… Seems my lantus loses most of it's effect by about 10 pm
