You might be interested in, it's a large active community of women with diabetes (all types) in various lifestages, but they especially reach out to women who are pregnant. It's a great site and has great support and information…but I'm biased since I created it haha. Check it out, we find the support really helpful in managing diabetes. :)

Congratulations, first of all! I know you especially want to stay healthy during this period in your life. Just doing the things we should all be doing anyway (eating properly, exercise, etc.) should do the trick for the most part - unless you're just running higher than normal because of the pregnancy. In that case you and the doctor will just have to work very closely, and that will probably mean an occasional adjustment in meds. Hope you have a wonderful pregnancy and delivery! What is your due date? Is this your first?
