I realized today I can wrap my sweatshirt around my waist!!! I don't remember the last time I could do that. Also walked up a flight of stairs without being winded! I need/can wear a belt with jeans! I can get up in the morning and not feel 100 years old. I have lost #26 and can't believe the things that are easier to do. I just needed to brag a little because I'm feeling so good with what I have accomplished in my journey.
