How do some of you handle it or
are you even bothered by it?

I agree with Judy and all the others. I MAKE myself get up, get dressed and get out. I live alone and I go stir crazy in this house since being laid off in October. If I just go shopping and look around, it gets me out of the house! I hope you feel better! Take care, Angie

I try to too. But I am not able to get out everyday. I need someone with me, but with all the snow, my mom won't drive and our driveway is CRAZY. So I am trying to keep myself as busy as I can. Would love to go out and if I fall, I hope it would be in the snow. I would love to make a snow angel.(LOL)..

I don't have time to be depressed or blue. I have a busy life and keep it that way on purpose so I don't have time to dwell on my illness's or anything else negative for that matter. I acknowledge it but I won't let it 'own' me. I am in control here.

Stubborn cuss? Yeah I am but it's gotten me through a lot of hard times and it will get me through again if they should come again.

Right now being homebound I love scrapebooking. I have been going through alot of different feelings. I personally don't think mine is diabetic blues only because I have lived my life as a diabetic. I may be in depression at times foe sure. I am really starting to think I have cabin fever. The winter is keeping me in more. I am trying to keep myself occupied and have so much encouragement from many friends from this site…Debe

I like to read and write. I try to talk about things bothering me. I get tons of support from the site just by talking to friends. I pray.
