Since being diagnosed in Febuary of 2014, I have managed to lose 20 pounds! I have been eating better and have been walking once a day every day for about 10 minutes each time. I want to try to expand my walks so I can walk further and for longer. I am getting there a little at a time and am feeling better. I never started taking my Metformin because I want to tackle my type 2 diabetes on my own the healthy way. I am very proud of how far I have come so far. I have been keeping my blood sugar under control and at healthy levels. I just had to share my happiness with you all here. Thank you all for your posts each day I enjoy reading about your experiences.
