1-1/2 mile hike today .. so far so good.
Absolutely believe sharing your goals increase your likelihood for success.

That's an interesting link. I also give diabetes the finger, every day 3 times a day.
I don't think I ever knew the complete words to the song Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd.
I would like to lose a few pounds, but mostly I would like to lose this spare tire around my stomach, I gained after breaking my right leg and ankle.
