Has anyone tried these? I heard they are low in carbs and sugar and are quite tasty, just wondering if anyone ever heard about them or tried them.

I'd be a little concerned about the artificial ingredients and sucralose … but that's just me.

Thanks for the link Steve, however this comes across to me like a "hit piece", and I am not the only one who thought so.

Read down in the comments and you will find many of the same mindset.

I am not defending the Quest bar, mind you, but this article seems fo lack objectivity. I would not eat a Quest bar due to the presence of Sucralose in the ingredient list.

Here is a more objective review of energy bars.~ http://www.wellandgoodnyc.com/2012/07/16/the-...

You will note that a particular flavor of Quest bar is listed as one of the best nutritionally. I also found the comments on this article quite interesting.
God's best to you and yours

not sure I would call it a 'hit piece', but the author certainly has a bias towards "real food" and that is clearly stated on his site.
