Is long acting insulin required for use when you're on the pump?

No you only use fast acting insulin you get to ditch the long acting insulin as a pump delivers a basal dose set by your endo and you push a button to give you a bolus before meals I'm liking my pump very much only one shot every couple days to insert the cannula to deliver the insulin from pump yeah no more multiple shots a day and you control all insulin from pump
