I have fallen off the wagon and now I need to get back on! I am publicly announcing that I will lose 8 pounds before Easter. OK no big deal, we get complacent and into a relaxed groove where our meds are working and our numbers are OK. But once you realize you are not focused on keeping your diabetes in check it is time to find a way to get motivated. So here I am Red Sox Rich telling you that I am about to get back on the bike, lower the carbs ,get outside no matter what the weather is and stay off the couch (until the Red Sox game starts). Anyone else need to do the same?? Jump on board and we can do this together ! !
