I have had this eggnog and it was delicious. It was sweetened with equal and the milk was lowfat. The pumpkin spice was omitted because the person doesn't like pumpkin. You can add it if you like.

1/2 cup Egg beaters1
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or low fat milk/milk substitute of choice)
2 tbs Sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Imitation rum extract
3-4 pkts Stevia to taste OR sweetener of choice, to taste
1 Egg beaters are pasteurized, so they are safe to eat. However, don’t use raw eggs or egg whites, because these are not pasteurized and must be cooked before they are safe to eat!

A friend made it at Christmas and I enjoyed it. I asked him for the recipe and he told me where to find it online. This beats weighing an egg. Which my nutritionists said is ridiculous.

I have healthy cholesterol and lipids so when I wanted eggnog I made it with Splenda and pure cream to avoid the carbs in milk. Weigh your egg, measure your cream, vanilla and sweetener. Count carbs, take my insulin and sprinkle with nutmeg and slurp!

I drink regular eggnog. I am not going to spend time making it. Since I don't drink it that often it comes as a special treat.

Bigelow tea makes a flavored tea called "eggnoggin" just add your own sweetener and
for a creamier taste add a little non dairy creamer. As for sweet tea, Geat Value aka
Walmart now makes a sweet
tea that has Splenda in it. There is a photo of the boxes on my wall

I always liked Chi tea with milk, this sounds good. I will have to check it out, and add stevia and the creamer.

Trudie I know we're all different, but be cautious with the milk. It can raise your sugar, which is why I use the non dairy creamer

Non Dairy Creamer has 2 carbs in it. Did you read the label? Depending on the brand it can have up to 3 carbs. They make it sugar free but it is hard to find.
