Hey Monuuu,

I would also encourage you to talk to your doctor. Get some answers on while your stomach is getting so upset. See if he/she can give you some advice on how to gain weight. Be very careful about diets that you find on the Internet because these diets may not be the right one for you.

Take good care of yourself, my friend. Keep us posted on how you're doing.

Howdy Monu

Have you talked to you Dr about this? Perhaps Dr cannot, help directly, but Dr can refer you to a Dietician or Nutritionist, who may sit down and work with you and help you fine tune your meal plans to provide what you need to gain a little weight. Perhaps in the mean time it would be good for you to keep a food log: EVERYTHING (food or drink) which goes into your mouth for a 24 hr period gets recorded.

It would also be good to note the amounts of what you consume as well. It would be good to do that for at least a week.

You could add to the value of that log by noting how you felt after you consumed those things and if your stomach became upset after you consumed it. Then your Dietician would have a good basis to work with you and tweak your meal plan accordingly.

Oh and talk to Dr about your stomach trouble as well. I pray you have not developed gastroparesis already.

I note you record your body weight in Kg. Where do you live?

God's best to you and yours

James
