Just because you have the cravings doesn't mean you have to buy the stuff. I buy mini candy bars or Hershey Kisses and throw them in the freezer. I grab one now and then. I buy Fiber One brownies, lemon bars, chocolate chip cookies and coffee cake. One of either of those will curb my craving.

Yes!!! I get sweet cravings, then salty cravings. Then sweet and salty. The odd thing about is I never ate or wanted to eat much sweets before I was diabetic.

Then eat them until you puke.
Then you will quickly lose taste for them.

LoL! Iron, that's one way to deal with it,

When I was little my younger brother couldn't get enough ice cream. So one evening dad fed him ice cream until he wouldn't take it anymore. To this day, some 55 yrs later, my brother still doesn't like ice cream!

I am a huge sugar addict. Most of the time I get my sugar cravings I will eat some fruit. In my lunch I eat one of the fiber one cookies every day. Every once in a while I allow myself to have a treat which keeps me from going crazy and just gorging on sugar. The best thing is to find some sweet foods that are not that bad for you so you can satisfy the craving without hurting yourself.

They are Fiber One and are either in the Cereal Aisle or Bread Aisle in the supermarket. I have never seen them with the cookies. Ask the supermarket if they have them if not, Walmart carries them and they are about $2.50 in Walmart for a box of 6 and $5.49 for a box of 12. Far cheaper than in a supermarket.

I used to like skinny cow, the crispy chocolate caramel cookie. I would freeze them before I ate them them. Then the prices went up and I refused to pay double what I was paying for them.

I was going to buy the Skinny Cow Ice Cream but they didn't have the flavor I wanted. Two weeks later, I noticed the price had gone up so I went back to the Bunny brand.

It's called fiber one. They have a cinnamon coffee cake, chocolate chip, lemon bar and fudge brownie. The first three are my favorites.

Jared. I am beginning to not like you for revealing my secret…LOL I love all of the Fiber One products. I warm the brownie bar and put a scoop of no sugar added Ice cream on them. I just found the Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Coffee Cake and Lemon Bars are great.

I also eat the Weight Watchers Brownies. They are thicker and like eating a piece of chocolate heaven when you warm them.

When we lived in Seattle we went to a burger joint ( I don't remember the name of it ). They had several types of veggie burgers so I tried one. I couldn't believe how good it was. Tasted like a Inn & Out double double. I wish I could find another place like it.
