Can we truly avoid insulin injections.
If we go vegetarian
Drink braggs apple cider vinegar
Olive oil
Flax seed oil
Plenty of water
Cinnamon pills
Frustrated ( insulin dependent user )
Frequent planet fitness user
Strength training
When I was a teen 30 some yrs ago
I was serious
Now I'm serious again But for more obvious reasons
Frustrated !!!

I hope you are feeling better soon and get the answers you need. There is a lot of info. here on DC. Also talk to your doctor. See if you can find a diabetic counselor, dietitian, or maybe some classes in your area.

Welcome to the group!
That's a two-part question there. Can you as a T1 avoid insulin injections? Maybe some day in the future.
By going vegan, drinking vinegar and eating cinnamon and such? I'd say no or they'd all be considered viable treatments by now.

I cannot get to your profile (some kinda connectivity problems) so I cannot tell if you are T1 or T2. If you are T1 I would say "no" to your first question. If T2, i would answer "maybe". It would all depend on how much insulin your pancreas produces. If you are T2 go to your Dr and find out by asking Dr to perform a pancreatic sufficiency test like described here ~
