My blood sugar has been in the 70- 90s But my blood sugar is going low after I work out after dinner like some high 50 to 60s should I call my dr and let her know and maybe I can get off this insulin!! Idk how this all works

Exercise is the one time your body uses the glucose in your blood without the use of insulin. So if you are working out more, you may need to make some adjustments. If you keep a log of it, then take that to your doctor so he can see what is going on and make some recommendations.

off the insulin? probably not, just a reduction in the amount by one or two units
Are you type 1 or type 2?

That's FANTASTIC Keishaf! Please continue the good work.

Yes by all means talk to the Dr and ask for a test to determine how much insulin your pancreas is producing. See this article for which you might wish to ask ~

And then based on the results of that test you may well be free of insulin injections.

I am also one who has sufficient pancreatic output that I can manage my T2D without the use of diabetes meds at all. Should you wish to see the meal plan I use to manage my T2D just ask and I will supply the link to you.

God's best to you and yours
