So, a few months ago my husband and I found out I was pregnant. We were so excited/nervous. Things were going well the first 2 months until the bleeding came…then horrible cramps! I knew something was wrong…I ended up loosing the baby! Anyways, I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? My blood sugars were pretty good between 50-150. I felt it was low a lot in the beginning until i got a grip on it…It has been a month now and I have my regular cycle back so me and my husband are trying really hard to get pregnant again…hopefully we will be blessed with a beautiful baby!! Any advice anyone??

I am so sorry this has happened to you, like you said when the time is right it will happen. This i one thing i struggle with, always thinking i will not be able to have a baby being type 1. But this in a way has shown me it is possible.

not related to diabetes but … my wife and I had 2 miscarriages and were pretty much on our "last chance" after 6 years of trying. our only child, my 29 year old son is a great son and father of 2 that is providing a place for his old man to live in his old age.
I always say it took a little longer 'cause you can't hurry something so special.
hoping for the best for you and your husband.
