I have just joined diabetic connect. I am hoping to get some ideas on what I can do for exercise. I am on a diabetic diet and I take Metformin 2 times a day, plus I just started Inonaka (not spelled correctly…) once a day. I have a problem with my left leg and hip and cannot walk much at all right now. Hopefully, it will get better soon, I am having treatment for that and hope to be able to walk soon…but until…can anyone help me with some exercises I could do to help my weight loss and to help my diabetes? I would appreciate any help!
