Interesting. However, if they address this issue genetically, will they cause other issues? Kind of like medications. Many have nasty side effects, especially after long term use.

That is interesting. Too bad they are saying 20 years from now. But it could save our children.

I had always wondered if it's spreading so fast because diabetics are living longer and able to pass on that genomic trait to more offspring. I get it from only one side of the family, but I am sure there are many who get it from both.
