Just read an article about PYCNOGENOL. (it comes from pine bark) It says in a study people took 125 mg every day for 12 weeks and they cut their blood pressure medication by half and they droped their fasting blood glusoce by 23.7 points and dropped 12.7 points on their LDL cholesterol. Just wondering if anyone has tried this or has even heard of it. Thanks
