Howdy Kson
The thing is that you may be doing what a lot of insulin users do. They rely on their insulin to try to manage their Blood Glucose (BG aka "sugar") levels. Some seem to think that they can eat whatever without consequence to their BG levels 'cause that will be covered by the insulin.

Try lowering your carbohydrate intake, especially the "simple" carbs like breads and potatoes, and see how that affects your BG levels. Also pay attention to your portion sizes. You can use your meter to test how certain foods affect your BG levels and find suggested serving sizes by following the directions listed here ~ http://www.diabeticconnect.com/diabetes-discu...

You can determine this, no matter what Type you are, so that you may get a better idea of why you might have high BG levels even though you are injecting insulin X 3 daily.

Praying God's best for you

The things that you mention (reducing carbs)should not be done without a doctor's guidance.
Honesty James, you are going to hurt somebody on here with your posts!
Please stop this.

you neglected kson's reply to me below and to yours below that.

Plus I did not advise to stop most carbs, just carbs without much in the way of serious nutrition. I am glad you are here and on my case. I am honored that you are spending so much time on little ol' me!

Well, there are so many variables with a specific diabetic the only thing someone can do it give generic advice in a forum like this.
So, as far as guidance goes . . . see a doctor who is associated with a diabetes clinic and they will steer you in the right direction.
So, instead of saying that your readings are high, can you tell me how high ?
