I started Weight Watchers abour 8 weeks ago and have been following the "flex plan" very carefully. What a difference it has made on my blood sugar! Makes me very happy - and oh yeah, I also lost 8 lbs so far.

from the great reviews I have heard maybe I should try weight wathers. Did you join the club or just use the diet?

hi wanda my name is grace, i wanted to tell you that weight watchers is by far the healthies most sensible weightloss program. i say this only because i have tried every diet, read every diet book, and for me the support the one on one weighin and the programs are the best. i lost 33 lbs in 6 weeks following the points program. this is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change and a permanentt solution for a problem for us suffering from overweight. congratulations on your success so far and keep up the good work!

Congratulations Wanda. Keep up the great work. I did that for awhile and lost weight and A1C went. Unfortunately, my job is very stressful. Along with diabetes can be depression which hit me hard. I stopped Weight Watchers. Very bad choice for me. Maybe if I keep up with the Diabetic Connect, I can have the great benefits that you are having. Good Luck!
