My BS not doing as well as before and has been bouncing around, I tend to withdraw into myself when I get depressed, but tonight decided not the best course to take , it's best to have support , and their are many positive minded people here that can help lift my spirits, and offer help, I've decided to watch very closely my carbs and phone the diabetes educator on Monday for added help, I think it's time for me to rid myself of some of negative thinking And get myself straightened out, I sure don't need to get worse then I already have, I know from first hand experience just how terrible it can get.

I find being here keeps me mindful of many more things and the support I get here helps make me feel not alone. Glad to hear you are setting up some goals, hope that we will be able to help you along.

Welcome home my friend!!!! It is great to have you back here with us. As James said…being human, we all have a tendency to fall back into our -not so good for us- habits. I also agree that we need a "diabetes tune-up" from time to time. Well wishes for you.

Thank you James , I appreciate the encouragement , I did so well for so long it's been a bit of a surprise it started acting up again, so I guess you can say I'm back to watching everything closely to make sure I can be the best I can be:)

I believe that no matter how exerienced we may be far too often we slip into bad habits. I think I am gonna need a diabetes tune up soon too!

Howdy Peggy!
Glad you dropped by! I tend to withdraw myself (couldn't tell it from what I do on DC here). You are right it is GOOD to be among those who are actively engaged in managing our diabetes. I too know how bad I can get (diabetic neuropathy and dialysis)

Please let us know if there is something we can do for you.

Praying God's best for you and yours

James Baker
