Tomorrow i go get my blood work done for my a1c, i just really started buckling down on taking care of myself, at the beginning of this year. Will that show at all on the results?

Yes it will show in the results.
A1C is based on the previous 90 days, but the more recent BS's will have more affect on the reading.

It is a 3 month average, but it is more heavily weighted towards the back end, like the last month. Good luck with it and let us know. I go for mine in a month, shooting for below 7, 6.5 would be great.

It all depends on how well and how much you are doing correctly. It is possible to see some positive results, but it is a bit soon to know for sure! A1c is based on a 3 to 4 month average of your blood glucose. Keep learning and putting forth the effort, and you will undoubtedly see some excellent results in the long run.
