Hello Everyone! I have had type 1 diabetes since the age of 3, so I am no stranger to how to help control my diabetes. However, recently I have come into contact with other health problems such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I am only 26 years old so this bothers me a lot, but I try to watch what I eat an exercise at least 3 times a week. My last A1C reading was 6.8 so I doing well with me diabetes. Just not sure if these other comic actions have anything to do with my diabetes and if anyone else out there is experiencing the same complications? Any advice or knowledge would help :) thanks so much!
