Looking to loose about 15 pounds to get back to my "normal weight". I've gained 15 pounds in the last year since my T1 diagnosis and starting insulin.
I have trouble upping my exercise because I end up having to take in more carbs. With carbs come calories.

Any particular exercises or foods you other TYPE 1s recommend?

OK, 2 posts in one…when I switched to my pump and quit taking Lantus, I dropped about 15 pounds. I think partly dropping the one insulin helps, and another part is for the pump to work its best, your carb counting needs to be good. I know that when I have to punch in how many carbs I'm eating, it's a visual reminder and I've probably subconsciously cut back on carbs
